Any Aftermarket Exhausts ?

I've checked Dinan and Ac-Schnitzer and haven't come up with anything yet. Have you guys found any aftermarket exhausts or any videos of a straight piped F26 X4 ?

You can even go the custom route and it doesn't even have to be that fancy. For example you can start by chopping off the resonators which alone will do some good for getting sound to your liking... and it's cheap!

I was thinking the custom route but I'll want it to be bolt-on which is still very easily done. But then it'll cost me to get oem exhaust flanges and what not, and I'd rather buy it straight from a company that did the R&D on it so I know exactly what I'll end up with.

One important thing to note is that while Dinan and ACS don't have anything listed on their sites you should try emailing them. Odds are they're working on it. Factor in the time the X4 has been available to consumers and that's likely how long they've been working on one. So either wait a few more months or shoot off emails and calls.

Hi,

I finished up getting Exhaust Technologies in Adelaide to remove the existing twin outlet with muffler and replace with straight thru pipes with twin tips each side.

We initially removed the rear muffler to check out the sound and as it wasn't much loader, decided it didn't need mufflers or resonators.

In my opinion, the X4 looks more balanced and wider.

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean by diffuser?

WE removed the original rear muffler and replaced with straight through exhausts with pipe tips.

the Australian model have the exhaust on the left hand side, your car or the picture you posted has the exhaust tips on the left and right hand side. Which mean you would have to replace the plastic diffuser or part of the bumper, am i right?
